The Master bedroom features a king size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (tub/shower combo). The 2nd bedroom features a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Additionally, there are 2 full-size beds (sleeps 4) located in the loft! Lastly, there is a balcony on the main floor overlooking the community pool.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

Please Note: A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed Separately to You. This must be electronically signed within 48 HRS of Booking.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
