The location is what you’re paying for! The 2 chairs/umbrella and corner beach view is the best part of this. We received check-in instructions at 10:44am CST day of check-in. We drove 8 hours and took almost 2 hours to gain access. Host knew the door keypad was having issues but obviously opted not to correct prior to our arrival. Took us contacting VRBO phone number as only number to call, then conferenced us in with a female host. The host said maintenance would come up which Ty did and he was great. I requested a phone number for actual hist, called and received a male this time. He continued to say, “use the keypad to the right of the door. I asked him if he was the same person I had just spoken to? The code is NOT working on either the keypad nor the key box!” Again, he says the same do I FaceTime him and even with the maintenance man AND at this point property manager,Jacky, who is amazing too, shows up. After a few minutes she goes to see if she has a key and luckily does OR else we would have been stranded with a Walmart delivery order about to arrive! Host sent me check-in instructions after we were en route day of with pdf parking passes which I contacted and he said they were in “the Blue folder inside unit.” They are NOT in the folder. There are also ZERO extra linens/blankets in the unit so bring blankets or sheets. The couch/barstools were different from posted pictures. The exterior lighting is non existent. The side gates are padlocked so only one way in/out
