Beautiful condo, amazing beachfront views and acces.

Perfect stay.The Condo was beautiful, spotless clean with absolutely amazing views of the beautiful Emerald Coast beach and water. Perfect location and has everything you need. We loved it!

Wonderful

My mom and I loved staying here. It was super cozy and made us feel exactly the way a vacation should be. The beach access was perfect as well as already having available chairs for us to go right down and set up camp without having to carry a ton of stuff to be comfortable on the beach. This was a lovely place to stay!

Much Needed Vacation

This is the first time that I have ever been to Fort Walton and booked a trip via Vacasa! It was so easy to do and they kept in contact to make sure everything was okay. The condo was so clean and perfect. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable! It was awesome to have the Beach Service so we did not have to bring our own chairs and umbrella. You might want to bring a chair if you are taking sunrise/sunset pictures. The water was so clear and the sand was gorgeous. The ocean was so beautiful with the different shades of blue! It was so nice to just sit back and listen to the waves! I will definitely plan another trip in the future and check first to see if this condo is available! Thank you so much for a much needed vacation!

Convenient

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! It was very clean and the balcony view was just beautiful. We didn't have to go far to get beach access either with the beach being just minutes away. We got a umbrella and chairs as well for lounging on the beach.

Grandson Graduation

The condo was clean and had plenty of supplies and furnishings for a long weekend. My husband, sister and I were able to stay close to our grandson's graduation from High School. The location of the condo was close enough for our travels to and from the graduation and still be able to enjoy a little Gulf vacation in our free time. The condo was centrally located enough to get the most out of our trip and the chairs available to the unit on the beach were a great service (thank-you). Registering for check in and out of the condo was will organized and informative, and using a door code to enter the condo helped in so many ways. Thanks for making our time around Okaloosa Island, Florida area a positive and memorable one. Teresa

Nice condo. Quiet area.

The condo is in a nice area. The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. It is away from the crowded areas. But getting to where we wanted to go was easy.

Outdated and musty smelling

Strong musty/moldy odor. Bottle of febreeze seemed to help some. Main driver was that air conditioner did not work at all, just the fan. Checked the cooling coils and they were warm and wouldn't cool the condo at all. If the ac worked, it would've help tremendously with the musty odor and high humidity within the unit. Good location with quick access to the beach. Everything else with the unit was good, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and other necessary equipment.

Old and Musty

We have used VRBO to book vacations and getaways often. This listing looked like the normal selection we would choose. It was not. The photographs are deceiving. The condo is old and not well kept. The thing that was the most off-putting was the odor in the condo. It was mix of beach and body odor. It was so bad we left a day early to return home because it was raining and we had nothing to do but stay in the condo. The positive was that the condo was overlooked the beach.

A beautiful balcony view

It was wonderful as we stayed on the porch looking at the ocean view. The rooms and property smelled very clean and was very clean. We also enjoyed the comfort of the beds.
