«RM 4026! After checking in and promised that we would have a comfortable bed and good nights rest....The first night we noticed that the bed was very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that my back hurt the whole trip bc of the mattress. There were two beds pushed together, you could tell it wasn't a KING bed because there was a cup in the middle. «Lazy river pool was excellent. Need hooks to hang overnight bags in the bathroom. Shower curtain wouldn’t close so the bathroom floor got wet every time we take a shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and the gulf. It was beautiful. Having direct beach access the best part. Got to do some fishing from the beach. Staff was very helpful, but a little disorganized or not knowledgeable.»
