«I stayed for two nights. The hotel, room and pool area was clean. Most of the Staff was friendly and kind. The only thing that I didn’t like is that house skipping didn’t clean and skipped our room, didn’t even leave new towels. Other than that our stay was pretty good.»

«We absolutely loved our stay! The beach was very close, clean, and beautiful. The hotel had a great atmosphere, and we especially enjoyed the Starbucks drinks they offered. We also loved the area where you can grab something to eat — very convenient and relaxing. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!»

«Room was very clean and equipped very well, large Samsung TV, all needed toiletries supplied (shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, soaps) nice sofa with pull out bed and ergonomic desk chair. No issues at all with our stay. Very good breakfast as well.»

«I was disappointed as I was looking for a resort experience but was underwhelmed. Our first night we were excited to eat at the onsight restaurant. No joke, everthing I tried to order was "not available." 6 tries in and i chose a ceasar salad that was mediocre. There was no pool side drinks unless you walked over to the bar. The bar primarily had tequila. The waterfall bar was never open. The hot tub was so strongly chlorinated that we couldn't stay in long. There were people playing their own ...

«The staff at the front desk was NOT friendly or accommodating but the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. There were two laundry rooms in my building and BOTH were out of service. We had to walk two buildings over. We had the give view suite so we had a lotWe stayed 4 nights and the suite with kitchen. The first few nights seemed fine but we saw small roaches the 3rd night - but they did send someone to spray immediately. What saved the entire trip was the amazing view and literally ...
