«Great play, clean, easy access to beach and restaurants. Loved it with the exception of the shampoo and conditioner, the containers were empty. I did get a refill for the conditioner then I realized the shampoo was out. Luckily I had some.»

«Very clean room and lobby. Nice staff. Breakfast was decent. Loved that they had coffee available in the lobby at all hours (both regular and decaf). Pet friendly, and nice grassy areas to walk our dog. Would definitely recommend.»

«Sand all over the room and the frig and microwave were broken. The pools were nice, but I pay daily for parking then have to walk a mile to my room. The rooms are run down and the sheets were dirty, had to change them because sand was all in them. Best part was the pirate for the kids»

«First of first, when I went to check in my room,the lady( she said she will get off at 3pm)in the reception did not sound welcomed and friendly. She was mean. I think she could have say it in a better way although there was no room available to check in at that time. Second, only her charged me a bottle of water, but when I asked the two other receptionist, they seems easy going and said you can just take it. I wouldn’t want to come back to this hotel again and definitely would not recommend it ...

«Amazing place to stay!! The pool and beach were great. The staff were helpful and very nice. The room was clean and house service did a great job. A couple of days they even setup my daughter’s Barbie’s in the bed. It’s more of a family resort, lots to do for the kids. For me that was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.»

«Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The convenience of the pool to the ocean made the trip for us. The point of vacation for us, is not to have to stay in the car the whole trip. We enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant, the breakfast and drinks and even dessert were amazing. No complaints at all, we had kids in tow and enjoyed the beach being family friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.»
