«This hotel needs to shut down. Terrible front desk staff. There was a booking error. I had driven across the state of florida arrived late at night tried to check in the imbecile at the front desk said that the reservation couldn't be canceled. I explained it was a booking error (book wrong date on my app). She said i could book a new room for that night but refused to switch the dates. I will be filing a lawsuit shortly against these criminals. I was forced to continue to drive while ...

«Property was nice. I didn't like how when we first got there our room wasn't cleaned yet and they wanted to put us in a lesser value room if I wanted a room immediately. They said they didn't really have a clue on when it will be ready. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for my correct room to be cleaned. Was an inconvenience for sure because it. Was pouring down raining but other than that the stay was smooth.»

«The staff was very friendly and offered a list of things to do and restaurants to try the hot tub was great as well as the pool the balcony was very small it was difficult to navigate to adults on the balcony at the same time. The elevator was broken a couple of times, but we were able to use the one at the other end of the hallway. Staff was very friendly.»

«The staff was accommodating when there were loud guests above us and got our room moved quickly. The television was malfunctioning in the new room and they quickly came to swap it out. The only issue was when housekeeping cleaned the room they didn't place a comforter on the bed which resulted in it being too cold for the kids and there was no comforter available when we called. Other than that the front desk staff were very helpful.»

«I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there.»

«30a Inn and suites is clean and in a good location. If you need something at a reasonable price this is definitely a good option. There is a pool and walking trail nearby. They don’t have a place to wash your laundry onsite unless you choose a room with a washer and dryer in it. They also don’t have a fitness center if that’s something you are looking for. But if you need a room that’s clean, good location and reasonably priced this is a good choice.»
