«Hotel was great other than the pull out coach mattress was dingy looking, no support whatsoever, mattress cover was very worn, both should be replaced.»

Resten må du betale ekstra for. »

«The rooms were clean and updated. Housekeeping made room each day. The Airecraft grill in the hotel had a good selection of food at reasonable prices. Food was hot. Good fast service. Friendly staff. Would return to hotel again. Hotel was steps away from LRT line. Hotel was 2 stops from airport and 3 stops from Mall of America.»

«Do not stay here. The place stinked, waited 30 min to be checked in. No hot water, bathroom was flooded and didn’t work half the time, the shower was full of dead bugs and rotting metal, no hot water. The stove was full of rotting metal, the carpet had a nasty smell, the bed sheets had dried blood stains, the iron had black gunk on it, the only thing that worked was the thermostat . Do not waste your time and money staying here. It was basically like living outside»

«Staff were outstanding always coming up to you to ask what they could do better. The area for eating and happy hours was spacious and clean. The hotel had very easy access to major highways.»

«This hotel never fails to make you feel like you’re thrown in a distant past as you walk the halls. Yes it’s old, but it’s been preserved and or decorated to keep it looking that way so you get that feeling. The staff is attentive. The restaurant is fabulous. Looking forward to being back there next year I hope.»

«A great hotel with real value for the money. Friendly staff, clean and new rooms and great breakfast. Would recommend and stay again»

«Hyggelig personale og rent og ryddig. Gode senger og grei frokost.»

«Great location and friendly staff.»
