«The condo is exactly as advertised. The decor is so cute! Made me smile when we walked in the door. We had our own beach chairs but the owners provided several nice chairs and quite a few beach towels. Quiet area, steps from the beach. Wish I knew how to upload the pics we took. The icing on the cake was the availability of very nice beach accessories: chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, etc. Indicates that this owner is conscientious and knows what he's doing. The unit has absolutely everything you need to enjoy and week or two at the beach, including sharp knives for good cooks and plenty of laundry detergent. «We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. «The property was clean, easy to find and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it was great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beach was private and a 2 min walk away and the sunset was breathtaking. I wish our whole trip was spent here.»

«We came down for our honeymoon. This place was amazing the view is breathtaking. We could sit in the bedroom, in the living room or on the balcony and still have an unobstructed view. We saw manatee, dolphins, and stingrays every day. If you are thinking about booking this place DO IT, you won’t be disappointed.»

«This property was even better than the description. Fred was so accommodating with checking in and any questions we had throughout our stay. The place was very clean and so nicely stocked with anything you would need. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The pools were nice. There was no aggravating clean up to do prior to checking out. Would definitely return next time we are in the area!»

«We wanted a relaxing week at the beach and we got just that. We loved the location and the condo. There were plenty of restaurants within a few miles and we found three seafood restaurants that we liked. We liked the Fort Myers area. It has recovered from the hurricane damage. The condos and hotels not yet open look like they are nearly finished with renovations. We look forward to returning for another beach vacation.»
