«This charming inn is right across the street from Flager College and in the historic district. The rooms are quite comfortable in an old world style. The restauraunt is absolutely exceptional. Plan a romantic dinner if you stay. Chef is amazing, and the room is quaintf and cozy. If you are looking for a romantic stay in the historic district this is the place. I highly reccomend. Our stay included a breakfast that was exceptional! Staff were amazing. »

«Location is good.
Big bedrooms, but only two sets of towels when four beds and four persons. Vinyl floor is tired and makes the room feel cheap.
Dust on the sofa, but the floors were extremely dirty! Blackened our socks and feet. It felt so nasty. We booked another hotel for the next night because it was so unpleasant to stay in such a dirty place.
Another couple also complained about the dirry floors. I cannot believe nobody had mentioned it earlier - those floors did not seem like they were ...

«A great little hotel with only 15 rooms or so. Get a room with a patio and you will be less than 20 ft from the water! Very clean and fresh with very friendly staff. Great breakfast and happy hour with snacks and refreshments. Highly recommendable!
