«A very cosy house right in the heart of Fort Augustus. The living room was lovely with the fireplace, though we forgot to ask for more firewood and it got a bit cold at night. It was very peaceful—I think we were the only guests! The room is small if you're travelling with luggage, but very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was basic but decent.»

«We only stayed here one night. The cabin was clean and we were presented with some excellent snacks. It was a little small for three adults but would be perfect for a couple. As with most places in Scotland, there is no air conditioning and it was unseasonably warm when we arrived. Thankfully there was a fan to use and during the night it cooled off. «It was a great stay in Loch Ness Gate House Apartment. There is very clean and spacious. Both the bedroom are very big. The king and queen bed are very comfortable. The decoration is also very tasteful. The best is the open kitchen. All cooking utensils are fully equipped, including salt, oil, sugar and dishwasher.
