«I never did vrbo before so I was nervous. This property was just as advertised… very clean, comfortable beds, easy parking, convenient location to DC metro…more relaxing than a hotel. Host Samad responded quickly to inquiries. Perfect for two couples or a family with children. Crib available too! Great value! I look forward to coming back … lots to do in DC!»

«WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVERUNSAFE AND UNSECURED with unfettered access throughout the house to anyone staying there!! I was literally robbed of my Rolex. Police report filed but they told me that it was unlikely that I would ever see it again. I knew when I reserved this property that it was “funky” looking, NO frills property but the experience I had could not have been further from just an old-fashioned, kind of quirky, passe’ form of old home. NOT DISCLOSED: •multiple people staying at the ...

«The property upon arrival was clean and very welcoming. We did not have a pet, so the pet-friendly part does not apply. The property was definitely family friendly. The host was OUTSTANDING with the communication. My family came to celebrate my daughter graduating from college and with family from 4 different states staying with us, I am pleased to say all were happy and very comfortable with this property. »

However, there were people upstairs during my stay. The residence was easy to find, check-in was simple, and the location is convenient for those who drive. Unfortunately, we arrived late and were hoping to settle in and sleep, but there was significant noise from upstairs. The host’s quiet hours are listed as 11 PM–7 AM, yet ...
