«We have never stayed in Townsend before during all of our stays to the Smokies. I loved being away from the hustle of crowds. The Parkman was the first place I googled for Townsend area. They allowed my pet which was a must. The room and property were both clean. The staff were polite. It was just me and the hubby for our 10 year anniversary, so the room given was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Townsend.»

«Excellent customer service, when we got there the room was amazing but the a/c was broken in our room so the staff moved us to another room that was just as nice, the river view cant be beaten and the staff was very helpful»

«The property had such a nice feeling to it. It was very well decorated and all the appliances worked. The scenery was beautiful which helped add to the relaxing and comforting experience. I would recommend this property 100%. The hosts were very kind as well. I could continue forever, this place is very worth it.»
