«Breakfast was great excellent.
The room and facilities great too. The only problem we encountered was with the person at the front desk when we arrived. She was in no way eager to check us into our room. She m ust have been ready to leave for the day. As soon as the afternoon shift arrived, we were greeted with a positive welcome.i booked with Hyatt House because i have alwsys had a positive experience but after this i may think twice due to that one person who treated u s like 2nd class ...
