Walk out of the living room onto the main level porch, with plenty of seating and a bonus open-air dining area. The second level porch has access from all three upstairs bedrooms, and the top bird's peak porch offers the 'absolute best view'!

A 50% payment is required when placing your reservation online, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 60 days before your check-in date. If you are booking a reservation withing 60 days of your arrival date, the other 50% of your reservation will be charged within the next business day

This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revocation of the homeowner's business license.
Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
