3. Folly Beach Front Escape - Newly Renovated!

Folly Beach

«Beds, comforters, and pillows, very comfy! Clean! I am super picky and grossed out easily when staying in rentals. I was happy here. This had clean cabinets and drawers. Needs a keurig. Don’t bring coffee filters. They have plenty. Bring ground coffee. Could use a little paint job and new bathroom door hardware but that’s minor. Cabinets are old/ original but clean inside them. This is a small house. We had family of 5 but I would not go beyond that. Bathrooms very tight. They ...

4. Hot Tub & Grill | Folly Marsh House

Folly Beach

«The marsh views alone would make this house worth it, but being close to the beach, a short walk to the shops, and a short drive to downtown Charleston made it a perfect location. The house was also perfect for our family of 5 to relax after busy days of playing in Charleston and on the beach! Also the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook dinner multiple nights. We would definitely stay here again! Also the air conditioning worked so well even on nearly 100 degree days!»

5. Stunning Views! | Pet Friendly | The Afterglow

Folly Beach

«The house was clean and mostly as described. The weather was really hot so we enjoyed the air conditioner. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciate the relaxed feeling of the unit. We really loved the screened back porch and the Crows nest or top deck were especially enjoyed at night. We spent a lot of family time and watching the stars. On the down side the ping pong table was not usable and the kitchen needed attention. I bought a skillet to use during our trip because the coating ...

11. Teal Door Inn-With Fire Pit!

James Island

«We loved the location! The house is in a quiet area and only 15 min from the beach and 15 min from downtown Charleston. Overall, everything went well and we were satisfied with the stay!We were disappointed that the outdoor area isn’t exactly what’s pictured, but it worked just for letting the dog out. There is a picnic table outside, but if you want a fire to sit around, you will need to have your own chairs. The shower doesn’t drain well, but I’m sure that’s a simple fix!»

«The location is excellent, walking distance to the downtown, historic areas. That street is very pretty. Communication with Courtney was great, check-in and out was smooth. I could leave my luggage there safely on my last day and pick it up on my way to the airport. There was coffee, water, wine, snack bars in the room. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby. I was traveling alone, I can imagine that the room I stayed in may be a bit tight for two travellers but it was said up front it is ...

«My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The location is central to MUSC and all the shops and restaurants around the area. Loved the off street parking-we were able to walk everywhere! We also loved the added benefit of having a washer/dryer and a well stocked kitchen since we were there for 9 days. The bedding and towels were extremely soft as well. Communication with the host was top notch. Will definitely recommend and stay again!»
