«We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property had not been cleaned when we arrived at our scheduled check in. We contacted the host and they took care of everything within the hour. The property was well kept and clean. It is about 5 minutes outside of Folly Beach which we visited three days of our stay. It is close to Charleston and numerous restaurants can be found in either direction. The only disappointment was a Hot tub was listed by accident but has probably since been corrected. I ...

«This condo we stayed in at Palmetto’s was a cozy place to stay there was two bedrooms two bathrooms a small kitchen with stove and large fridge. Just what a couple or a small family needs the beds where comfortable!! One of the bedrooms has a set of doors that walk out to the deck from the living room you also can reach the deck. «Stayed for a long weekend for my son’s graduation. Couldn’t have asked for a better place-beautiful peaceful views and great place overall. Should have read more carefully about the place so I knew there was no Keurig-just a regular coffee pot. It was definitely in the details so that was on me-quick trip to the store for the right coffee . Otherwise a smooth, fantastic weekend. Loved it.»

«We were debating whether to stay in Charleston or at the beach. We are all glad we chose this property. This property has excellent ocean views and beach access. It is also within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars. It was also very easy to drive into Charleston when we wanted. The unit was clean and the host provided most everything we needed for our stay.»
