Great home - we truly ...

«The room was small with no comfortable chair or ottoman for my wife with a bad knee and back. No freezer compartment in very small fridge! Chairs on balcony were to low for us to enjoy! One morning I went to the beach while my wife slept in. I left my phone in room. When I got back to room, my key would not work! After 4 times down to the desk and many trips back up to my room , I finally got into the room. The desk clerks finally told us that if the card was close to the phone it would not ...

I do not expect to have to do anything to get this refund. I expect it to be ...
