«Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.»

«Our experience matches the 9+ rating. The rooms and building are clean. It’s a convenient location. The included breakfast was very good. Front desk assistance was helpful and kind. There’s nothing negative I can mention at this time.»

«The front desk staff were very helpful. My 19 yr old granddaughter traveled with friends for a Senior trip to OWA and the staff were kind and helpful. It made her first solo trip a good memory. And, right by OWA. They traveled to/from the hotel to park and made it super safe.»

«Friendly staff! I have stayed here 3x in 2026 so far and plan to stay again in a few months. Super convenient to Coastlands Coffee Shop (my favorite). Nearby shopping and restaurants. About 20min drive to Orange Beach / Gulf Shores. Clean friendly community!»

«Overall the hotel was decent however I had lil kids running around on the fourth floor over my head and was next to the stairs where the door slammed all day and night! Didn't get any sleep! They need to consider putting SOFT CLOSE on their doors because that was VERY annoying plus I ordered a King bed but it wasn't honored»

«Mold all over the room , we signed in and went to the room . The door didn’t lock & We immediately smelled it , used my flash light and i was very sick to my stomach . I asked for a refund and they told me that i had to pay for the first night and i said not at all cause im not even staying here .»

«The hotel literally smelled awful the second we walked in. It’s surrounded by a chop shop in front and abandoned restaurants to the side. The room was filthy. The fire alarm kept going off. We asked for a repair and it took over 2 hours and me calling the fire department to get it fixed. The employee at the desk called me “white devil” because at the 2 hour mark I asked how much longer it was going to be before they could fix it. Total waste of money. I would highly recommend going literally ...

«There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. Other than no soap in the shower it was a beautiful day and we would stay again. PS I like to ...

«I booked the room at the last minute because my granddaughters had an event next door, and we found out it was extended by an extra day. I was thankful that I could get a room since it was so hot and we had to be out of our other place that morning. The Person at the reception desk tried to get me into our room early afternoon since check-in was not until 4 pm.
