«My two daughters and I stayed this past week in 311 and really enjoyed our time there. It’s not a fancy place by any means, but was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and literally connected to the beach. We enjoyed all of the pools and of course the relaxation. If I had to give any negative feedback it would be regarding the concession stand down by the ground floor pools. «We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Check out was difficult due to being an older facility. Waiting for elevators was horrendous. Housekeeping also just let themselves into our room an hour before checkout without knocking and stood outside our door, while we were trying to leave. Otherwise, nice stay»

«Location is great! It’s right on the beach! I wish we would’ve gone with the balcony condo because they are actually facing the beach. The inside is pretty plain but we were really only there to sleep and shower so it was perfectly fine. I did read a review that the beds were uncomfortable but we slept really well. «We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it! We watched dolphins every morning from our balcony. It was clean and checking in was a breeze! Everyone was very kind and we loved being right there on the beach. My only complaint would be that their cooking pans could be upgraded. I had to go buy one so I could make breakfast- a bit frustrating as the one in the condo was junk. Other then that we loved it and would come back again. It was a great vacation spot!»

«This is our second time staying here and we will be back every year! We bring our family for cheer competition at the wharf. This year I was very close to delivering our baby and wasn’t sure if we would make it, the host was so accommodating. The outdoor set up is so nice, our whole family (my husband and I, 6 kids) really enjoyed watching a movie together and being able to eat together at the table. Not to mention the park is so close we could sit in chairs in the driveway and watch our kids ...
