«Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll. Doch der aktuelle Zustand des Anwesens ist nicht mit den Fotos in der Anzeige vergleichbar. Vor Allem die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt.Die Übergabe des Objektes fand praktisch nicht statt. Der Schlüssel steckte im Schloss - Anwesenheit des Vermieters bzw. schriftliche Instruktionen - Fehlanzeige!!! Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Auf Reklamationen (abgebrochener Duschkopf, aus dem Leim gehende Stühle, Defekte Klimaanlage) wurde gar nicht bzw. ...

«My family of four really enjoyed staying at this property! The location is perfect. It sits right above the Ionion Sea bay and the view from the balcony is amazing! It also sits right above a row of restaurants. During the day you could hear the hub-bub from there, but at night they shut down and it was so quiet and peaceful. «The apartment was really nice. It was decorated with very good taste. They left plenty of coffee and sugar. Plenty of snacks, and utensils to use. "A lovely and charming historical hotel in a quieter neighbourhood outside the centre. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast and relaxing by the pool and walked in to the old town at Ortigia every day, it’s about half an hour if you are used to walking. The pool is very nice and there are plenty of sun beds, no need to reserve. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful, from the front desk to restaurant, bar, housekeeping and pool bar. The air conditioning can be quite noisy but we eventually figured out how to adjust it and switch it off, and the reception staff were also very helpful about found this remotely for us as an alternative solution. The grounds are impressive and it’s a short walk to a sea view, cycle and walking or jogging path north along the coast, and even closer to the Zen solarium platform where you can book sun beds and swim in the sea (down steps into rocks, not a beach). Grand Hotel Villa Politi has everything you need for a pleasing and relaxing holiday, especially if you don’t want to be right in the thick of the bustling old town but have more room to breathe."
