«Great place. Quaint. Good parking. Pool was nice, with outside bathrooms/changing areas and showers that were very clean. Extra pool towels were great to have. Air worked well to cool the boat. We struggled hooking up WiFi was our only complaint, but only with the tv and some computer apps. Minor inconvenience. Nice facility and we would stay again. Host was helpful and responsive.»

«The houseboat were a great experience not only for the kid's but the adults also. Seeing the manatees swim around the cove was awesome! It was a great place to meet your neighbors as the porches are very close. The swimming pool is a great addition to the property! If going back to the area, I would definitely go there again! We really enjoyed our visit there!»

«Very old yacht. Vertical ladders to get onboard and steep stairs throughout. Had electrical/fuse issues so light switches didn’t work, had lamps to use. Very tight spaces - yes, even for a boat/yacht. Had trouble checking in because host had lost phone, was replaced by checkout time. Did have musty odor due to older vessel. Was a nice stay after the hiccups of checking in.»

«Daniel was an amazing host! He was always available across multiple medias - phone text email in-person. Anytime I had a question or issue, he responded immediately and my concerns were rectified same day. While Daniel was touring me around the premises, he even gave me a lift on the skiff to pick up a bag of ice, and tipped the attendant! «We would not stay here again. The pictures are deceiving. The boat is very old. Appears as it hasn’t been moved in years. The bathroom is teeny-tiny. Ran out of toilet paper. You have to throw your toilet paper away can not flush in the toilet. The cleaning crew was waiting at our door before our checkout time. The boat is similar to a Super 8 or Motel 6 property. »
