«The property is in very good condition and was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation.»

«We loved this location- everything was a vibe! Laid back and exactly what you need to rejuvenate.. Very clean, loved the aesthetic and the beach is but a few steps away! Heather is an excellent host and most of what you need for the beach is already here and available for use.. We def will be returning.. Perfect spot to catch the sunset - thank you for everything!»

«The property is beautiful. Great location. Close to everything. We walked to the beach. Watched the manatees and iguanas in the back yard. I don't remember seeing in the addbut their were bikes and beach buggies loaded and ready for borrow. There were a few issues with our stay but Break Away was great and very responsive to our issues.»

«The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again.»
