«I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others.»

«The host was very thorough in communication via app, and notes in the house.There was a nice assortment of things to do and places to eat left by the host.Our stay was short, but the residency was what we needed for a late night after or flight and early morning activities. «Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the house fit our family of 5 perfectly!!! The pool was clean and great for the kids (lots of pool toys) Great location in between Crystal river, Homosassa, and Clearwater!!!! Yummy delicious restuarnts that are kid friendly near by. Neighbors shot off fireworks for newyears and they were better than Disney Worlds fireworks!!!!! WE PLAN TO COME BACK REAL SOON!!!!»

«Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. »
