«My experience with this property was not satisfactory, mainly because of the restriction placed on the air conditioning. In the middle of summer in San Antonio, with extremely high outdoor temperatures, the thermostat was programmed so that guests could not lower the temperature below 71°F. For our family, this made the house feel too warm, especially at night. I believe that when renting an entire property and paying for a stay, guests should be able to adjust the air conditioning to a ...

«This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been. There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. «The house was fantastic! I was so impressed with each room. My only complaint is that we could not figure out how to run the Roku Smart TV. I watched the video provided but still could not figure it out. I know you shouldn't watch TV while on a vacation, but it is nice to wind down at night with the news, etc. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again if and when I visit San Antonio!»
