«A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member»

«Struttura molto bella in una valletta con vista risaie ed un giardino fiorito. Bungalow pulito, confortevole molto bello, letto ampio con zanzariera e apparecchio elettrico anti zanzare. Bagno ampio con doccia calda. Colazione standard. »

«Staff were just exceptional. Breakfasts were great and the rooms were superbly clean and well looked after. Location is approx a IDR150000 ride into the centre of town if you miss the free services. The pool area and location overlooking the beach was 11/10. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back »

«The room, staff and food was lovely. But, the Safety, risk and emergency procedures make this a dangerous place to stay. I fell off the jetty due to poor lighting, breaking a number of bones. My husband jumped in and saved me, other guests helped us, while staff were lovely they had no idea, could not swim and no first aid box or stretcher/board. Apparently I am not the first, it has happened before but the owner does not want safe lighting or safety rails installed as it will spoil the ...

«We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and clean, the food was really good and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The snorkeling just off the beach was superb, we got to see turtles, sharks, lots of fish and colorful corals. We also went on a few boat trips with aqura dive, the diving center, which were great too! Would love to come back someday. »

«Our best stay in Flores. From the tranquility of the resort to the very tastefully decorated bungalows and the large open air bathroom with plants and other shell and wood work. A wonderful open air restaurant serving up fresh, organic fare and the excellent service by staff. An excellent wellness area, kayaka and paddle boards on offer. The resort is absolutely clean though the grey sand beach might not be the best. However, to just chill in the balcony on bean bags facing the ocean is bliss. ...

«Nice hotel in a lovely tropical garden. Peaceful and quiet. The food in the restaurant is tolerable, they even have wine. Fine rooms with balconies overlooking garden, a glimpse of the ocean from the second floor rooms. Helpful staff and a free shuttle service whenever you need to go to town. Nice pool, raised above the garden so there is a slight breeze. Hotel lounge chairs on the beach also. Beach too shallow for swimming, but you can walk along and look at the neighbouring concrete monster ...
