«A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member»

«Our stay at Sudamala Resort Labuan Bajo was nothing short of exceptional.
The resort offers a truly luxurious feel, set along a secluded beachfront that creates an immediate sense of peace and exclusivity. It’s the perfect place to unwind, especially after exploring Komodo.

«Nice hotel in a lovely tropical garden. Peaceful and quiet. The food in the restaurant is tolerable, they even have wine. Fine rooms with balconies overlooking garden, a glimpse of the ocean from the second floor rooms. Helpful staff and a free shuttle service whenever you need to go to town. Nice pool, raised above the garden so there is a slight breeze. Hotel lounge chairs on the beach also. «The room, staff and food was lovely. But, the Safety, risk and emergency procedures make this a dangerous place to stay. I fell off the jetty due to poor lighting, breaking a number of bones. My husband jumped in and saved me, other guests helped us, while staff were lovely they had no idea, could not swim and no first aid box or stretcher/board. Apparently I am not the first, it has happened before but the owner does not want safe lighting or safety rails installed as it will spoil the ...
