«A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member»

«We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included.
The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded).

«Nice, relatively new hotel, amazing view, and close to the harbour.
They advertise that they can help with booking tours.. but they just gave numbers for tour operators, who never got back to me….
Biggest downside, is the promenade infront of the hotel, that seems to be the ‘hangout’ spot for the young locals, singing and partying most nights… even on the top floor, with the doors closed, it was difficult to fall asleep :/
