«We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and clean, the food was really good and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The snorkeling just off the beach was superb, we got to see turtles, sharks, lots of fish and colorful corals. We also went on a few boat trips with aqura dive, the diving center, which were great too! Would love to come back someday. »

«Nice hotel in a lovely tropical garden. Peaceful and quiet. The food in the restaurant is tolerable, they even have wine. Fine rooms with balconies overlooking garden, a glimpse of the ocean from the second floor rooms. Helpful staff and a free shuttle service whenever you need to go to town. Nice pool, raised above the garden so there is a slight breeze. Hotel lounge chairs on the beach also. Beach too shallow for swimming, but you can walk along and look at the neighbouring concrete monster ...

«It’s natures palace but it’s so sad as the coral is dead and the ocean full of plastics from the Philippine government dumping all of Canada’s recycling and likely all countries into ocean. They need to have someone picking up trash from beach all day. The damage has been done. The sea animals dead. »

«The pool is great, the food is first class, rooms clean and mine had a great view. Bathrooms spacious and functional. Only issue was they were out of almost all spirits the whole time we were there. Even the special cocktail of the day, no one knew how to make. I also ordered a whiskey sour (off the drinks menu) and got a shot of Jack Daniels. It's not a big deal, it was still a wonderful stay, just need to address that minor point. »

But when I enter to the room, I saw 3 bad things. 1st the sink had a quire big fracture. 2nd the toilet was very terrible. 3rd I saw a blood stain on the blanket. So I informed the receiptionis all about the bad things. The receiptionis told me to change the room. Finally, I got the news proper room. »

«We arrived to the hotel at four in the afternoon but our room was still not ready, we had to wait for half an hour. They gave us a welcome drink which was basically (not fresh) orange juice. The room was spacious and clean, but there were ants in the bathroom during the night. We had asked for a double bed but they had no rooms with that available so we were given a twin room.
