Mister toppkarakteren pga dårlig vedlikehold
Hotellet har en sentral beliggenhet med en deilig oase av et bassengområde i hotellets egen hage skjermet med murer. Vi har bodd der tidligere og ble møtt med vennlig imøtekommenhet og fikk hjelp til alt fra booking av golftid, bestilling av gode restauranter, transport innen Firenze etc. Det er allikevel greit å nevne at vi fikk oppfatningen av at hotellet trenger vedlikehold. I vårt første rom fungerte hverken dusj eller aircondition. Knaggen til badehånkle falt av veggen. +++ Vi byttet rom og i det neste rommet fungerte det viktigste. Dog var toalettsetet løst og smekklåsen i døren fungerte ikke (måtte låses med nøkkel fra utsiden når vi forlot rommet).

Great service - nice & clean rooms
Excellent and friendly service, staff very accomodating and helpful. Beautiful and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Fluffy pillows and a decent duvet - not just a thin sheet :-) The outdoor pool is very small, but is surrounded by a beautiful garden where you can have a drink and a snack/light food. This area is lit up at night with decorative lighting and torches. Go there! T

とてもきれいで、スタッフの方たちのサービスがとても丁寧で充実していました。コンシェルジュカウンターでレストランの予約などもしてくれました。観光スポットの旧市街の中心地からは若干離れている(徒歩で15~20分くらい)ので、いい意味では静か。デメリットとしては、「ちょっとホテルにもどって休もう」みたいなのが辛いです。ホテルの近くには地元の人たちがいくようないいレストランがあつまっている通りがあり、ディナー的には便利です。

it may not be in the center of town, but it is easily within a 5-10 minute walk. The staff was very accommodating and eager to assist us in any way. Never had a moment I was not satisfied with it!

Poor Wifi. Friendly staff. Not great for kids as pool didn’t open until the heat of the day was upon us. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely pizza restaurant a few doors down, with excellent Wifi and a very relaxed atmosphere.

The size of the room . The air condicioner of room 262 does not work well . O asked for an iron and iron board and i am still waiting for it and never received a feedback. At breakfast i was charged for an omelet with breakfast included . In a hotel with this price it makes no sense charge the omelet. I had issues with the room cleaning. Arrived 7 pm one day and the room had not been cleaned . The next day 3:30 pm the same situation. The shower is complicated because of the position of the drain and metal conections . I arrived at the property aproxinatelly at 5 pm . The room was ready but when received the bill i was charged for parking ( i artived in a train and reached the hotel by taxi ). I understand that the past guest of room might had a car but the issue should have been settled with the former guest and not with me. I have been other times to Florence and stayed at other hotels . This property underperformed " its reputation " .

Horrible service fir a 5 star hotel
Although the hotel was very nice, the service was just terrible. Room service, housekeeping (needed an iron and they couldn’t find one), bar service at Henry’s bar was all incredibly slow and really bad.

We had an exquisite time in Florence in great part to staying at the oasis which is Villa Sina Medici. Each day after enjoying a busy and evenf day of exploring the treasure chest of history that is Florence we would return to Villa Sina Medici, find a lounge in the shade, and swim in the pool to rejuvenate ourselves. The staff could not have been more kind. The hotel lobby includes several beautifully appointed living areas for resting, reading, conversation, and cocktails. I will stay there anytime I return to Florence. Thank you to everyone at Villa Sina Medici for making our time in Florence perfecto!

Beware Premium rooms
Location was good, and having a garden and small pool was great. Otherwise it was all pretty average - a tick in the box but nothing special. Only issue was Premium rooms - we paid for Premium (highest bracket and notionally in the top floor with best views) only to be told that the hotel website was wrong and that Premium rooms were on every floor. The top floor room they offered for second and succeeding nights was smaller with single sink and shower attachment over the bath. Frankly I was left with the feeling that ‘premium’ applied only to pricing - don’t bother.

This is not a 5 star property. This hotel pictures are misleading and compared to other 5 star hotels in the area. The hotel price is too high for it's value. I felt I was in a 3 star or a 4 star hotel and I did not feel safe at the hotel.

Very mediocre - 5 star…not so much
We came to stay at our honeymoon and it was just fine. We hoped for excellent service due to our special occasion and no one did anything or gave us perks. At first I thought it was a cultural thing, which is completely understandable, but when we went to our hotel in Milan they showered us and celebrated. Also claiming to be 5 star is an overstatement. It was the bare minimum to be qualified. I would say 3.5/4 star if anything. Plus there was construction going on in the pool area which made relaxing a little distracting and the pool isn’t heated, so be advised when booking off season. The people there are nice, we just hoped for more of an effort due to the special occasion.

Obwohl ich erwähnt habe dass ich allergisch gegen Staub bin , wurde in unserem Zimmer kein einzigesmal Staub gewischt oder der Boden im Bad und Zimmer gewischt. Das Hotel ist zwar gehoben und teuer aber leider fällt es an Sauberkeit!

Nicht ganz 5* Niveau
Das Zimmer war sauber, gross und modern. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht einem 5* Hotel. Das Serviecepersonal hatte nicht seine besten Tage. Sauna war wegen Corona geschlossen, was bei der Buchung jedoch nirgends erwähnt wurde.
