Fint rom til en fin pris.
Stort og fint rom, og kun få minutter gange til sentrum. Eneste minuset er at man må ringe på forhånd og avtale møte, ettersom det ikke finnes noe resepsjon på stedet.

The piazza in which this hotel was in was very dirty we arrived at night and there were young people all over hanging out drinking and smoking all over, felt unsafe and was noisy

not very happy
the hotel is at a central place. but difficult to make check in even i am comfortable with similar things. not a good isolation of noise. There were mosquitos inside and dead ones on the walls. Air condition works but can only heat itsself. Everything was old the room. was not a great place

Não era o que eu imaginva quando reservei, mas a experiencia foi positiva. Não existe recpção, não tem serviço de quarto, é praticamente um AirBnB. Extremamente bem localizado e limpo. O atendimento da recepção foi bem ruim.

gute Lage, großer Raum mit hohen Decken und auch großes Bad mit großer Dusche und großem Whirlpool. Abschreckend finde ich, daß man den Schlüssel ganz woanders abholen muß. Das geht heute auch anders.

The hotel located near the central, everything is walkable distance, i liked it. The room is big and comfy, the only down side was the bathroom located outsise the room on hallway. Otherwise i highly recommend this place.

It is a disgrace that you put this on your site without warning. There is no check in even though the paperwork said it was from 2pm to 7pm. I took a taxi from airport and got there at 6.45pm.a message said you had to go to,another place check in. If my sister had not gone earlier in the day I would have gotten no keys. The instructions of how to get in were terrible. After front door there were no names for the doors to use the second key.i tried every door and walked 56 stairs,three flights. I finally found some girls to help find a door that the key fitted. Finally we got into a door and then a corridor and third door inside had a name. I was about to give up. I will never use your site again. The room was fine but whoever manages it is horrendous and it is false advertising by orbitz as it is a room that is air B and B .i expected a room iin a place with a check in on site. Disgraceful.

A recepção do hotel não é no mesmo local dos quartos, isso foi um problema quando chegamos na cidade... E isso pode dificultar em algumas outras situações também, como não ter possibilidade de ter o café da manhã e não conseguir solicitar nenhuma ajuda caso precise... Mas a localização e muito boa e o quarto é bem espaçoso e bastante confortável.

The location of this property was wonderful. The hotel is right on the Piazza Santissima Annunziata, a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and directly behind the Accademia. The room was very clean. There really weren't amenities other than a fridge and hot water heater. A microwave would have been nice. The beds were quite comfortable but more pillows would also be a nice addition. The room was very basic but worth the low price we paid.

Consigliato! Pulito, ecomimico e comodo
Ottima Posizione, ingresso da un porticato non pulitissimo ma la stanza e il bagno, molto carini, venivano puliti tutti i giorni. Unica pecca abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora l'arrivo della ragazza che ci ha fatto il Check in in loco, nonostante avessimo chiamato più volte per avvisare che stavamo arrivando. Viene richiesta anche la tassa di soggiorno a parte. Consigliato!

Linda ubicación , habitación limpia, amplia, ruidosa porque da al patio de escuela de arte. La fachada y entrada es fea,y con mal olor, no así la habitación. Tuvimos que esperar hora y media hasta que vinieron a hacernos el check in....

Great location, low cost.
My Husband and I stayed two nights. Location was really good, Nice a clean and we got a fair price. However, this is more an Air BnB type accommodation. Definitely not a Hotel. -The bed was an uncomfortable cheap foam mattress. -No bottle opener for wine. -Needed 3 different keys to get into the building. -Neighbors made a lot of noise one night. Book in if you don't mind a rough night or two on the cheap. Got to a hotel if you want luxury. whoops.

Lo unico a destacar, la ubicacion
Lo mejor la ubicacion, solo una calle nos separaba del Duomo, en la misma plaza del Hospital de los Inocentes, preciosa ubicacion. La habitacion era amplia, muy antigua, logico por otra parte tratandose de una Residenzia de epoca. Las bovedas son altisimas nos encontramos muchas telarañas tivimos q ponernos en contacto para que las quitaran. La recepcion se encuentra localizada en otro edificio no muy cercano. Nos comunicabamos por telefono. Eso si, fueron muy amables. Esta tambien muy proximo a la Galleria de la Accademia. Aunque la ubicacion es excelente si vuelvo no me alojare de nuevo alli.

Room was great but if you do not have a working cell phone in Italy, it was not possible to contact front desk via WhatsApp for some reason. As there is no reception in the building, you have to call before arrival to have someone meet you there. When I finally used someone else’s phone, the hotel employee met us there promptly.

Es mas bien un depto. acondicionado, la habitación es amplia grata y bien decorada, tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente no cayo el primer dia y no hay nadie con quien quejarse, por que la recepción es en lugar lejano solo con cita y con horario restringido. La ubicación razonable.

Check-in serivice is not good
위치는 굉장히 좋습니다. 아카데미아 미술관 바로 옆에 있구요, 바로 골목에서 두오모가 보입니다. 근처에 conad라고 수퍼마켓도 있습니다. 역에서 걸어서 15~20분정도이구요. 단점은 리셉션이 없어서 숙소앞에서 무조건 전화해야합니다. 제가 데이터만 되는 usim을 가져갔는데 미리 메일로 통화 어렵다고 2시에 문앞에서 만나자고 했는데 결국 길가는분한테 부탁해서 전화 빌려서 따로 전화할 때까지 나타나지 않았고요.. 20분지나서 차들고 여유롭게 오시더라구요.. 결과적으로 30분 기다렸네요. 그거 말고는 숙소 안은 굉장히 깔끔하고 넓습니다. 엑스트라베드도 있었고요. 화장실 깔끔합니다. 다만 물에서 약간 냄새가 납니다. 청소상태 좋습니다. 와이파이 잘 안터집니다.

B&B super bien situé, entièrement refait à neuf
Le point positif : hyper bien placé, beaucoup de charme le point négatif : payer 30 € pour une arrivée tardive (après 19h !!!) + pas de petit déjeuner possible sur place + pas très bien isolé au niveau acoustique

Character charm in the heart of the city
I stayed with my 11 year old daughter. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was characterful, clean and comfortable, though basic. The location was less than 5 minutes from the centre of Florence.
