Meget bra rom. Lurt å velge rom mot Hagen Det er litt slitt, men det er litt som forventet. Plassering i forhold til severdigheter og jernbane er perfekt. Når du forstår opplegget med frokosten, er den meget bra😀

Old and charming hotel
Old and charming hotel. The hotel is perhaps a little more worn down than you might think by looking at the photos. Very friendly and helpful staff, free WiFi and free parking (limited).

Lovely and stylish
Lovely hotel with a stylish interior. Very cosy and clean. I loved the view on Arno river through the window in my room. If you would like to explore Florence in style I would recommend to stay in this hotel to taste the atmosphere of this city.

L'unica cosa che non mi ha pienamente soddisfatto è la colazione: l'orario dalle 8 alle 10 e' troppo ridotto. Il sevizio dovrebbe iniziare alle 7 per soddisfare a pieno le esigenze degli ospiti. Poca scelta nei cibi dolci che vengono gia messi in tavola senza dare la possibilita di scegliere diverse qualità di brioche

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Principe. We stayed for 3 nights and very much liked the property. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet stay off the busiest area. The nicest part of our stay is the staff! Warm and showed genuine care to all the guests. Definitely will be back.

피렌체스러운 아름다운 객실과 친절한 매너
직원들 응대가 친절했고 방의 인테리어가 앤틱스타일로 넘 예쁘고 깨끗했고 아르노강 풍경과 베키오다리가 보이는 전망의 발코니가 좋았어요. 호텔을 끼고 좌전하든 우회전하든 10분정도 걸으면 피렌체 중앙역이고 강다리를 건너서 좌회전하고 두번째 다리가 베키오 다리고 우피치미술관과 연결되고 위치가 좋아요. 너무 관광중심에 있는 호텔보다 조용해서 좋아요. 욕실도 예쁘고 어메니티 품질도 좋고 넉넉하게 있어요. 담에 또 갈거예요. 강추!!!

Great location, nice large room and very nice bathroom. Staff was great. Hotel rooms a bit dated and could use some updating. Breakfast was underwhelming for a 4-star hotel.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtkern von Florenz entfernt. Auch zum Hauptbahnhof ist es ähnlich weit entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und das Bett war sehr bequem. Was leider störend war, sind die dünnen Wände. Man hört leider recht viel, was vor allem nachts nerven kann. Das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch nochmal buchen.

This place is amazing. Nice view to the river from the room, amazing breakfast in the garden. The service was the best I ever had, the whole staff were very eager to help with any request.

It is over 108 degrees (44c) outside and I was given a room with NO A/C. It was damage, the previous guest reported it. Room 18. After going to my room I talk to the employee that he is aware of that and they are waiting for a technician to fix it. Don’t worry I give you a tan now but your A/C will be fix. It is about 3pm, I come back at 9 pm and the room is an oven. very HOT, AC is NOT working and they want me to stay there. They didn’t offered a solution to my important issue. I mean is HOT and is my vacation. Well I have to contact Booking/Expedia for about an hour to try to solve this. Finally at 10:45 PM, I was given another room. My big dissatisfaction is. wHY you don’t tell me this at check in time, Why I need to suffer and go thru this in MY time! Why? You can be very nice and apologize a million times but that will not solve the issue and solution. By other hand the place is charming, very clean, the staff is attentive and location is great. Sadly I can’t be happy for getting that poor solution that at the end of the day I count rest and enjoy my stay.

I needed to stay one extra night before an official government meeting and the hotel I had reserved didn’t have room so I chose this hotel and wasn’t disappointed. It’s a 10 euro cab ride or a ten minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and well equipped with amenities not found at all hotels (express machine, water kettle, slippers, safe deposit box). The room had a cute little terrace. A hardy breakfast was included, served in a very nice side dining room or you could eat in a cute little courtyard. The absolute highlight for me though was the rooftop. It had a nice sitting area and an amazing view of the city. I got the best pictures up there. The hotel I moved to is across from the train station C hotel Diplomat - convenient but definitely not the same view.

The staff tries to make your stay one to remember fondly. They succeed. The breakfast is very nice and the service is excellent. The front desk Team is helpful and welcoming. I stayed for 2 weeks and I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Principe in Florence was nicely situated at the edge of the old town. Easy walk from train station and rental car agencies. The riverfront location is nice, but at least a 15 min. walk from most of the main attractions in the old city. Weigh whats more important. Short walk with a suitcase was preferred for us. The hotel is quite old, but reasonably updated. Our room on the 3rd floor overlooked the courtyard garden, which was nice and quiet, but I would chose a river view next time. The rooftop terrace is very inconvenient and wasnt used much. I thought breakfast up there would be nice, but 4 floors up elevator, then another on narrow stairs meant that wouldnt happen.
