Det var veldig rent og pent der. God seng og sengetøy. Spartansk og enkelt men helt ok. Kort vei fra flyplassen og restaurang med god mat i nærmområdet.

OK and clean hotel near the airport
Low cost hotel not far from airport. OK for just sleeping over, not a hotel for seeing Firenze as it is far from the centre.We came from the airport and arrived late, clean rooms and OK and friendly staff.

Helt greit for transit overnatting
Helt greit hotell for en natt med overnatting før reisen videre. Da jeg hadde tidlig avgang, åpnet de frokosten en halv time tidligere. Det er god service. Kort vei fra flyplassen, men taxi anbefales.

Hadde verken toalettartikler eller noe og spise da vi ankom seint. Lite hotell nærme flyplassen. Fungerer helt ok for en natt.

Super service
Meget behjelpelige ansatte, god service! Fine og rene rom. Hotellet er glimrende for en natt i forbindelse med flyavganger på grunn av beliggenheten. Nabolaget er ikke noe særlig.

Nært flyplass
God beliggenhet i forhold til flyplass, enkle og greie rom med engod og enkel frokost. Utenpå er det ikke særlig estetisk, og nærmeste nabo er en skole med tilhørende støy i friminuttene. Greit og rimelig valg for en overnatting på vei mot målet.

Didn't respond to emails. Didn't send promised email with links to set up smartphone.They apparently speak of "emails" but mean "WhatsApp," which we don't have. Showed up and had to wait a long time as they tried to set up my smartphone. All attempts failed. Eventually gave us key card after we stood around for 15 minutes. Process is all to save 5 cents on cost of key card and be "modern"? Website includes false information about parking and, oddly, ZTL, which they acknowledged but are unlikely to change. Tired to call to determine if website info true, but it took numerous phone calls before they picked up and acknowledged info was false (about that location). And why no place to put soap in shower? Another attempt to save a couple of euros by not installing soap holder? Cheap discount-store quality furniture. As crow flies, very close to airport (which is why booked), but in reality taxi to airport is 20 euros.

Hello Eric we are sorry for your comment and we take note of that but as you know Expedia dont show with us your email or telephone number. If you you send in the messagge on Expedia olso they obscure it so is it very difficult contact you before arrival.

Wonderful little hotel. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and were extremely curteous. Nice outdoor bar area and close to the airport and tram station to Florence.

Even though I had trouble accessing my electronic key, the staff were amazing at helping me when I arrived. I had a lovely dinner at the bar and enjoyed my brief stay.

Hotel Franchi was not a great place to stay at. The staff is ok but the hotel itself is not. The elevator is tiny. Barely big enough for 3 Adults without any luggage. For my family of 4 we had to take the elevator 3 trips up and down just to get our 4 suitcases into our room. Room was small as most rooms are in Europe so no surprise there. But you will hear everyone come up and down the hallway all night long. We didn't sleep well at all there. Plus the area has many outside noises that you will also hear quite often. The room itself is cold. Adjusting the thermostat was futile. Heater would turn itself off after only a couple of minutes. But room would still be cold. You would expect the heater to work once it got cold outside. Lastly, breakfast was very limited even for a full breakfast. No eggs, not even hard boiled eggs available. No Milk either. But to say one thing nice is that their bar is fully stocked. But that didn't help my family. Never choosing this hotel again.

Hotel Franchi was my favourite place I’ve stayed in Italy! The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and it’s a convenient location (a 7 min walk to the tram and super close to the airport)!! I also highly recommend it for solo travellers like myself!!:)

La chambre était correcte et propre et le personnel très agréable. Néanmoins j'ai trouvé que le fait d'utiliser une application pour ouvrir les portes d'entrée de l'hôtel et la chambre c'était pas bien parce que si le tel est en panne de batterie tout devient alors plus compliqué. Et malheureusement la chambre était très mal isolée du bruit et on a eu du bruit dans le couloir et aux étages tout le temps, y compris en pleine nuit.

Cute and clean hotel! Great staff and once you get the check in process going, you are good. Rooms were impeccable, good size for a quick visit. The only minus and this is no reflection on the hotel, is getting to the hotel is a bit tricky if walking and taxis will overcharge (IMO) for a 3min drive. I recommend Hotel Franchi, especially if you have an early flight. P.s. hotel has a bar with great coffee and small bite items.

EXCELLENT stay with easy access to all we needed.
Hotel Franchi was an easy walk from our Car Rental return and then an easy taxi ride to the airport in the morning. The front desk staff were all so very helpful in making the taxi reservation for us. We ate dinner at the cafe on site and it was delicious!

Hotel che ha scelto la strada dell'informatizzazione di tutti i servizi (check-in, pagamenti, ecc.) ma con necessità di migliorare la parte digitale (disservizio con il check-in ed impossibilità di pagare le bibite al distributore automatico con il circuito differente da quello Maestro). Per il prezzo pagato, minimale anche il servizio della camera (niente frigo bar).

Best mattress and pillows we found in our 2 week trip around Italy! The checkin is unique with the app to make your smartphone your key. I was able to figure it out myself, but there was staff on hand to help with that if needed.

Excellent proximity to access the airport for an early departure. Good service for taxi reservation. Unfortunate outside noise likely related to a marching band drums doing their practice in a location nearby and playing until late into the night (past 10 pm). Was outside of hotel management control.
