Didn't respond to emails. Didn't send promised email with links to set up smartphone.They apparently speak of "emails" but mean "WhatsApp," which we don't have. Showed up and had to wait a long time as they tried to set up my smartphone. All attempts failed. Eventually gave us key card after we stood around for 15 minutes. Process is all to save 5 cents on cost of key card and be "modern"? Website includes false information about parking and, oddly, ZTL, which they acknowledged but are unlikely to change. Tired to call to determine if website info true, but it took numerous phone calls before they picked up and acknowledged info was false (about that location). And why no place to put soap in shower? Another attempt to save a couple of euros by not installing soap holder? Cheap discount-store quality furniture. As crow flies, very close to airport (which is why booked), but in reality taxi to airport is 20 euros.
