Vennetur til Firenze
Personalet i resepsjonen var veldig hyggelig, hjelpsom og informativ! De snakket veldig godt engelsk. Rommene var av ulike størrelser, men helt ok! Fint sengetøy og godt renhold. Frokosten var god, der var mange typer brød og godt pålegg. Personalet her var også imøtekommende og passet på å etterfylle mat/drikke hele tiden. Hotellet lå i gangavstand til jernbanen og sentralt til severdighetene. Hotellet hadde en liten hage på baksiden hvor man kunne få servering, det var også en bar i tilknytning til resepsjonen. Et hyggelig hotell med god atmosfære!

Serviceinnstilt personell. God mat til frokost
Bra opphold for oss. Hotellet ligger i nærheten av sentrum,( omtrent 15 min.) Litt for hard madrass, stille og renslig!

Like many properties in Florence, the rooms seem a little worn and do with a re-do. However the staff was great, and helpful, and the location very good. Overall we were happy with the choice. Polish up the rooms an bet and upgrade the pillows and linens and this would be 5 star.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. They always were able to help us with directions if needed. The hotel is lovely, a mixture of old and new. I especially enjoyed the patio in the mornings. It is near many restaurants, the main train station, the main market, several churches. Next door is a salon where I had a wonderful relaxing manicure for 16 Euros. It is across from a piazza that had a market on Saturday morning as we were leaving the city.

Lovely hotel very friendly with excellent breakfast. Restaurant next door also good but might make it a little noisy for some people some evenings, we recommend that you eat there and enjoy the atmosphere.

I thought the staff was extremely friendly and helped us with any requests. They even ordered us multiple cabs which was a big help. The lobby was quiet and clean. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We got back to the hotel late one night (4am) and they locked the hotel for safety reasons but opened it for us quickly. It made me happy to see they care about the visitors safety. Also they held our luggage for us (free of charge) when we checked out for a few hours. This let us fully enjoy our last day of Florence.

Good location, walkable to train station and to the sights we wanted to see. Staff treated us well. We felt safe walking around the area. My bed was a bit sunken. I was also caught off guard that you have to leave your room key with the front desk when you leave, but honestly it's fine since someone is always there and you don't have to worry about losing the key when you're out.

The hotel is very conveniently located to many of the most sought attractions. It is easily walkable to the train station. The room was clean and quiet, however very cramped. A very good breakfast available and while it was not included in my reservation, it was worth the price, both for what was served and the convenience and the relaxed start to the day. Some staff were very helpful and friendly, some were not. There is an elevator. There is a very good restaurant just next door. Also, very close to all levels of shopping, luxury to inexpensive souvenirs.

Had a nice stay. I was in Florence for The Weeknd. Very charming hotel and close to everything. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. The only downfall are their beds. Hard as a rock. Staff was very courteous and spoke English which was a huge plus!

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was small, but comfortable. I would definitely recomend the hotel.The only suggestion I might have is room darkening curtains/shades. Our room was very bright at night even with the curtains closed, because there were quite a few outside lights shining in.

Room was small, but for 1 person the room I booked was fine. I could barely open my luggage; the entry door had to be closed for me to open my luggage. The area was quiet and located a few minutes walk away from some main areas. For what I was looking for and the price it was a good deal. I just needed a small room to sleep in. Goal of trip was to explore the area and spend as least time in the room.

This is a great 3-star standard hotel.
The hotel is located near the railway station, and the receptionist is also very friendly and can communicate fluently in English.And I also received a small bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift from the hotel.

A great hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind. It is close to major sights. Our room (superior room) had a view of Brunelleschi’s dome. The hotel is quiet. And there was a great breakfast.

Very bad bed conditions
The location is great. The beds are terrible - very small, uncomfortable, old mattress, the room is very small, the windows does not have blackout curtains so in the morning is bright and smell cigarettes. One of the rooms we get supposed to have a double bed and instead they add 2 twin beds together. The breakfast is great and the lady that takes care of breakfast is the sweetest thing. On of the guys at reception is a bit rude. Overall, I think there are better options for the same price. Wouldn’t stay again.

I like the location. I was here last year and they seemed to have fixed the hot water issue since then so the water works! Smoker’s dream: You can smoke cigarettes and cigars downstairs outside the reception lounge. Free things: Free flow coffee and lemon water 24h a day in the lobby. Free sangria or welcome drink. 1 per stay. Lots of restaurants around: Try the Fork app to get 20-30 percent off many of the restaurants nearby. Even without discount, the central market 5 minutes away has the best food court options in Italy. Much better than the Milan branch of the central market. Basic necessities: .99 euro shop 5 minutes away and a supermarket for cheap snacks and drinks if needed. Lightning fast WiFi: I was able to conduct two one hour business meetings without a wired connection. The WiFi was enough to handle streaming and conference calls. I will certainly come back again next year, this is my go to hotel.
