Not an hotel
Call it a dorm or a hostel. Then people will be prepared. I expected an hotel and was very disappointed. The room was small and without any kind of comfort. I have to say I hated everything from the graffiti on the door, the plastic furniture, the one single lamp in the ceiling, the damp brown and blue bathroom with its loud but seemingly useless ventilation and the door which was impossible to unlock ( in case of fire a death trap). Breakfast ok (although once again plastic furniture).

The room we got was clean but very dated. We got a double bed but the mattress had a dip in the middle which made slipping uncomfortable. There was no chair in the room which female guests may need to apply makeup. On the plus side, the hotel had breakfast included and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Buen desayuno, personal muy atento y amable, estancia renovada, cada dia cambian las toallas. Nuestra habitación se ve que estaba en proceso de renovación, se veía las juntas de las ventanas, estaban a falta de tapar el aislante.

Recepção com atendimento atencioso e prestativo, gerando suporte fundamental para conhecimento da cidade e principalmente a região da Toscana . Café da manhã bom e em alguns momentos do dia podendo usufruir de um expresso . Recomendo o hotel . As instalações estão novas e os banheiros reformados , ar condicionado com climatizadores perfeitamente funcionando.

Perfect location to walk everywhere in Florence… good breakfast, beds weren’t great but it was ok for a 2 night’s stay. Friendly staff but to be honest a bit noisy as we had a room close to the reception area. Overall a good place for the convenience of the location.

Établissement très vétuste. La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos sur votre site. Nous avons fait appel à vous pour changer d'hôtel mais vous nous avez été d'aucun secours. Inutile de passer par vous la prochaine fois. Très déçu.

Is more like a hostal, it was too crowded and noisy not only for the bunch of guest teenagers which partied all night long and slamed doors with no concern of other guests, but also renovation works were carried out during my stay. So was noise 24/7. in addition, rooms are very hot and humid. For the price I would expect minimum confort.

TERRIBILE !! UN INCUBO !! Avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale per tre notti, il giorno dopo siamo scappati in un’altra struttura . Tanto per iniziare mi hanno dato un letto a una piazza e mezzo. La stanza non aveva nemmeno una presa d’aria dal momento che la finestra era rotta. Il termostato segnava 29 gradi e non funzionavano i condizionatori in tutta la struttura e mi sono risvegliata liquefatta. La tenda della stanza era rotta e alle 06.00 mi sono svegliata per la luce fortissima. Mentre dormivo sono caduta dal letto perché le doghe del letto erano rotte e praticamente abbiamo dormito con mezzo materasso a terra. La puzza di fogna e di candeggina in tutta la struttura era nauseante. Le pareti e le tende delle stanze sembravano a pois perché erano piene di zanzare morte. Mi piacerebbe poter mettere le foto. Insomma un B&B nel quale non dormirei più nemmeno gratis.

Posizione non distante dal centro storico ma comunque in zona ZTL. Ha un parcheggio coperto e a pagamento proprio a fianco alla struttura. Personale efficiente e veloce rende tutto più snello. Peccato ché la struttura sia destinata alle scolaresche ché non sempre sono riguardevoli. Un po' di ristrutturazione non guasterebbe

The good: The hotel staff was amazing. Omar was super helpful during checkin and in recommending nice restaurants and attractions in the city. The breakfast is really good. They had fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs and several other good choices. The bad: This is a hostel and had some private rooms which can accommodate families. Our room had 2 twin bunk beds. The hotel is dated and the rooms and bathrooms are not well maintained. Showers and sinks were draining slowly. However upon request the shower drain has been fixed. The rooms were not sound proof. We could hear loud conversations from the walkways and rooms next door. We had to call the hotel management to remind other guests about quiet hours. The property is a little far from the main attractions and restaurants. And there is construction on streets next to the hotel. I think it may be better to book a slightly better hotel closer to the train station and other attractions to save time and money on transportation.

I give 5 stars to staff, breakfast and location. I give 2 stars to the room, beds, toilet and the other facilities. It needs some renovations and plumbing services. But we had a lovely stay. Thank you to Omar at reception and all staff at the breakfast room. We are all lovely and very friendly. Grazie Mille!

Deprimente, los azulejos del baño, la cisterna y la puerta de aluminio están pintados, y con el uso y la humedad , se le ha caído trozos de la.pintura . La cama arrinconada contra la pared y para levantarte se tiene que levantar el de al lado, sin mesita de noche , con una lampara sobre una mesa con el cable liado porque no hay enchufe . El colchón hundido en el centro, el armario roto por dentro y las cortinas llenas de pintura, las de la ducha llenas de humedad en los bajos y un ruido constante como cuando se está llenando la cisterna. Pedí cambio de habitación y estaba algo más decente.

Posizione comoda al centro e a tutti i servizi necessari, si può raggiungere tutto facilmente a piedi. Le camere e i bagni sono piccoli e necessitano di essere riammodernati.

Posso dire solo che se volete spendere il giusto e non parliamo di poco e siete delle persone che vi accontetate, questo e il posto che fa per voi. Letti scomodi e piccoli se siete una coppia la camera in cui alloggiavo aveva il letto a una piazza e mezza ma lasciamo perdere questo diciamo che il problema piu che altro era il letto attaccato al muro e con questo al momento di andare a letto si deve salire tutte e due da un lato e poi come prima sera arrivati in hotel per farsi la doccia l'acqua era fredda. I bagni potete vedere le altre foto con recensioni. E un Hotel dove non si può alloggiare

Buena ubicación, a 10 min de la cúpula. Amabilidad del personal, muy atentos y siempre ayudaban en todo. Buen desayuno, mucha variedad. Habitación y baño amplio. La ducha con buena presión. A mejorar las almohadas ya que eran muy finas y por la ventana entra frío.

La limpieza y el personal muy bien. El desayuno correcto y para SIN GLUTEN están preparados. La habitación es Justita, el baño muy oscuro. Nosotros tuvimos un problema de ruido y nos cambiaron a otra sin problema.

A pesar de que las instalaciones son bastante antiguas, en especial el mobiliario de las habitaciones, es cierto que no es mala opción calidad-precio para pasar unas pocas noches (3 Max) en Florencia
