Chiara: Chic Apartment with Elevator

The Chiara apartment is located on Via del Corno, in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi and Santa Croce.

Located on the top floor of a historic building with a lift – a real privilege in the city centre – it offers 60 m² of comfort for 4 guests: a dining area with TV on a veranda overlooking the rooftops of Florence, large kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, double bedroom, twin bedroom (both with air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower.



The Space:

The apartment keeps its old-time charm, enhanced by new management that pays attention to details to make sure you have a comfy stay.



Measuring 60 square metres, the Chiara apartment is located on the top floor of a Florentine building in the heart of the historic centre, surrounded by timeless artistic and architectural beauty and picturesque corners.



The double bedroom and the twin bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. The dining area with TV on the veranda overlooking the rooftops of Florence, the large and fully equipped kitchenette, and the bathroom with shower complete the apartment.



There are two steps in the apartment.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic Florentine building.



There are 3 steps to enter the building and then 8 steps to reach the lift.



The elevator can accommodate 3 or 4 people, with a maximum capacity of 300kg.



You can reach the apartment by using the building's elevator.



Thanks to the self check-in system, you'll be able to enter the apartment from 3PM. All the information will be provided to facilitate access.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is on the top floor with a lift.

The apartment is located within Florence's restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

If you arrive by are we recommend using a paid car park that will register your number plate to avoid fines.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are crypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.

Our office is open from 9am to 6pm every day and we are very happy and glad to answer all your questions via chat or telephone. Outside these hours we are available for emergencies.
