Alloro Apartment - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Bright and welcoming apartment in a delightful modern style, featuring an incredible view of the Dome of San Lorenzo. Despite being just steps away from the Medici Chapels and only a three-minute walk from the train station and Santa Maria Novella Church, the apartment is extremely quiet, and the layout of the interior spaces is harmonious.
Located on the third floor (no elevator), this apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the city and is very convenient for those traveling by train. It is set in a neighborhood full of shops, supermarkets, and cultural landmarks.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in three double bedrooms, with all beds that can be separated. Each bedroom has spacious wardrobes or a walk-in closet, and one of them also features a private bathroom with a shower.
The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen corner and living room, offers two beautiful tables — perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently renovated. Next to the living area, there is a second shared bathroom complete with a shower.


Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
