«We had an absolutely wonderful time. We would have loved a waterfront view but our accommodations were clean and comfortable and cool! It was a little damp in the room and the air conditioning had a little bit of a funky smell. I would go back there and stay in a minute and plan to. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We were able to walk into town for shopping and eating in precious little Southport. If I could have stayed an extra day I would have. Thank you so much for your hospitality!»

«Place is physically deteriorating
Elevator was disgustlimgly dirty. Place smells unclean - mildew? mold? First room i got was overwhelmingly smelly. Staff wss gracious and gave me a new room. It smelled but less than first. I was going to an event that started an hour after checking in or I would have left. The bed was clean and comfortable thank goodness. «Whe had a great stay at the hotel just a few issues. Walls are paper thin and the noise level at midnite was aggravating. My grandson got stung by a huge wasp in the room 3 times but we worked it out. Location and cleanliness was very refreshing and I calked and they let us check in early which was very nice. I'd stay again and refer people to the hotel.»
