Escape to the seaside in this beautifully decorated, five-star house, set in the centre of Fleetwood and within easy reach of day trips to Blackpool and beyond. An ideal getaway for larger families, it boasts two king-size and two twin bedrooms, sleeping eight altogether. Play host at the bar on the patio, spending time together in the sunshine or under the stars, head to the games room for some friendly challenges, or linger over supper in front of the wood burner in the dining room.

This three-storey period property has a lovely sense of history, which you can see all around you in the form of exposed brickwork, built-in cupboards and ornate fireplaces. The ground floor consists of an almost completely open-plan run, from the lounge, with its corner sofa and Smart TV, through the beautiful dining room, where the wood burner is a dramatic focal point, and past the bar area into the sleek and very well-equipped kitchen. There’s a sofa bed in the lounge in case you need flexible sleeping arrangements. Chill your celebratory bottles in the wine fridge before heading out to the patio and spending an evening with your loved ones on the built-in seating under the pergola. If you linger long into the night, there are bulkhead-style lights to illuminate your gathering. Feeling competitive? The games room downstairs has a dartboard and pool/football table, plus its very own mini fridge. And when bedtime beckons, the first and second floors each boast two bedrooms: a gorgeous king-size with a Smart TV, and a simple, compact twin. The first-floor bathroom has a contemporary free-standing bath for leisurely soaks, twin basins and a separate shower, while on the second floor there’s a sleek shower room.
