«The cabin was nice but we had an uncomfortable stay. I think it would lovely in the summer. The 2 stars reflect that potential, not our stay.The key pad did not work. We had to hunt around the cabin to find a rock with the hidden key, which was frozen to the ground. We had to find another rock in the woods to bash the key rock loose. It was barely 60 degrees in the cabin and the mini-split could not warm it up. We eventually found a space heater that helped, but it was not suggested. We ...

«This is a very cozy and private place to stay. The amenities, the appliances, the furniture, the wood stove, the fire pit, and the wi-fi was all great and easily accessed and usable. It was nice, clean, and modern. The fold out sofa bed sleeps good. I got to watch deer grazing in the tree farm on the hill. The road in was doable with my extended cab, long bed, dually 2 wheel drive, even after the 10 hours of rain.»

«Renee was an amazing host. The cabin was unlike anything we’ve ever stayed in. If you love nature and being disconnected, you’ll have an opportunity to enjoy outside with the woods and creek as well as inside with all of the windows. Wonderful breakfast delivered right to the cabin. It’s an addition cost, but well worth it. Great stay! »

«The cabin the adorable they weather was so cold it caused a few issues. This charming little home has so much character and great views of Grandfather Mountain. The hosts were very helpful and communicated appropriately. Such a great week celebrating my hubby's birthday while visiting our boys in college.
