Perched right on the edge of the cinnamon-colored sand, this rustic 1950s cottage delivers unmatched oceanfront access at an unbeatable price. It’s cozy, quirky, and full of charm—perfect for travelers who crave authenticity and direct connection to Florida’s natural coastal beauty.



**IMPORTANT: Beach Nourishment Project – Winter 2025**

A coastal restoration project is expected to potentially start in the Winter 2025 into 2026. Dates are not confirmed yet, but construction equipment, noise, and temporary beach access restrictions may occur during your stay. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that this may take place.
