«Felt like grandma's house in a great way. Although it did not bother my family, it should be noted that there is not central heating and air. There are window units and fans for cooling and space heaters for warming. It was a chilly Nov night and we were very toasty with the space heaters. Perfect place for our mtn road trip. We rested well and were close to food and groceries. Couldn't ask for more. »

«Our stay at the Owl House was wonderful. The home is located close to downtown Boone. It had everything we needed for our family as well as our friends with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had kids that ranged from age 6 to 16 and everyone enjoyed the home and the area. Lots to do and plenty of house for our party to be comfortable. The host were very responsive and informative during our stay. We had a great time and hope to come back soon.»
