«Property- lovely, clean, ample room for a group. Disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. First night - could not get in. Host tried to remotely fix the issue; ultimately we had to wait outside for 20 min for them to come access a garage to let us in. We learned it had been a problem with the previous guest & that they had gotten in through an open window. We were advised to leave the house unlocked if we went out because they would be with their grandchildren the next day & unavailable. ...

«The Birch Retreat apartment accommodations were very nice as described. Great large shower, but not a full kitchenette (only sink is in bathroom) but owner added lots of accessories to make it easy to do basic things. The property (and one other adjacent Plum Retreat apartment that I know of) is connected to lovely & gorgeous new Secret Gardens with a new small shop & on-site events developed by the owner; the Birch apartment is a renovated part of the re-development of the former Green Gables ...

«This house was exactly what we were looking for to relax after our daughter’s wedding! The house and the grounds were so inviting and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is excellent - and the recommendations of what to do/see very thorough and appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our visit and hope to be back soon!»

«The home was perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to enjoy all of the local offerings. The house had everything we needed. The coffee bar fully supplied was wonderful. The guide book for the home walked us through everything we needed to know. We had lovely evenings relaxing in the hot tub. The host was very responsive to our questions and to offer suggestions of places to visit. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home and area. 10 out of 10 ...

«Location is good. Easy bike ride to potawami State Park and downtown sturgeon Bay. It is on highway C which does get a bit of traffic but we didn't notice with the windows closed. The shower is small but functional. The two-car garage is great for storing our e-bikes. We had a very good stay. Price was very good and much nicer staying here than in the hotel.»

«We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful and was perfectly clean. It matched the listing and even exceeded it in someways. If you want an adorable house with tons of space and all the great amenities, this is the place for you. The setting is beautiful tucked away in the woods away from the downtown (well downtown for Door County lol) areas, but only minutes away from Sister Bay, Baileys Harbor and Ephraim so it’s the best of both worlds.
