«Beautiful property, lovely views from the windows and at night all the lights from the other side of the water is so nice. There is a woodland walk just at the top of the road, most places are dog friendly, and to see the deer in the garden from the window was so nice. »

«In general, the place was clean and well kept. I wrote the owner about mold in the shower and received no response. The neighborhood and street noise left a lot to be deired. Very run down.»

«Apartment was comfortable. The alet and stairs up to it were awful and could have been improved with a clean or a paint. Beds were comfortable. Just needed some general upkeep done on it, skirtings cleaned and painted, hole in bathroom wall filled. Everything you needed for a weekend away but not done to my standard.»

«The apartment has the perfect location,no car needed and the style of the apartment has that artist touch which is very nice,everthing you need is there and walking distance to everthing also bus station round the corner for a day trip to many places,Glasgow etc,i have stayed in many in ayr and this 1 is very good.»

«Overall this was an amazing property to stay at, we used it as a base whilst travelling all over Scotland. Absolutely stunning lounge, with great views, great location, very short, easy walk to Ayr Beach. Also a short walk to a pub (Fox and Willow, which I recommend highly, amazing food). The property was very clean, had all the facilities needed, kitchen was well stocked should you want to self cater, things like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid are provided, also a nice touch was ice cube ...

Communication with owner perfect - especially when we managed to accidentally lock ourselves out, eek! - thanks for your kindness Mike. Surrounding areas fantastic for dog walks - Pucks Glen, Benmore, Ardentinny all highlights for us. Kilmun arboretum just a few steps along the road also well worth a visit. Would highly recommend, and will return!»
