«The property was clean and well-maintained. Convenient to downtown and ample parking. I made the booking for my elderly parent, and there was no grab bar in the shower, and the toilet was so low to the ground it was difficult for her to use. The staff was friendly, but the communication at the desk was poor and my mother never received a critical wake up call, although THREE people assured me she would.»
