«House was clean and had the space we needed. Disappointed in the way overall experience. Dryer and bathroom vent was very loud, beds were not very comfortable, pillows either smelled and couldn’t be used or were too soft and offered as much support as cotton candy. Good hot water and water pressure, but only had 5 towels, which means we did laundry daily for showers and hot tub. «Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! »

«This place was very nice. It's close enough to quickly drive to downtown Cincinnati and many of the places we wanted to see. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.The house itself was lovely. The view from the balcony and the living area were amazing. They had extra blankets and space heaters tucked in many places to accommodate different temperatures. «I have mixed views on this location. First and foremost, there was an enormous safety hazard at the top of the stairs with the rubber mat, I am not sure how it was missed. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or fatally injured, if not addressed.
Secondly, the blinds at the front door needs to be replaced. In addition, the dust via ceiling fans, closets, etc., needs to be addressed.
