«we really enjoyed this trip, jack and his crew were absolutely fantastic and the food was so so good (thank you Chris!). we saw penguins and seals and the hot tub was brilliant at night listening to the owls and birds. due to the rainfall during the night the waterfalls were absolutely epic the best we've ever seen. the cabin was clean and the beds super comfy so we got a great nights sleep. we got the tender out which was great and everyone enjoyed the kayaking and swimming. the whole trip was ...

«The outside is looking a little tired but on the outside but inside it was very nice ithought i'd booked for 2 nights which is what i set up in the app but as you go further down the list of available properties it goes from 2 nights to 1 for whats available it's not very obvious until you look into what happened so what you think your paying for is a total of 2 nights is actually 1 so it's a bit of a rookie error on my part but a learning experience »

The check in time was chaotic, with only one person and a short time period to arrive, lots of campers without reservations were queueing up to be booked in. «Generally ok place to stay. Has everything you need like all other hotels. Unfortunately the 1 bed apartment are not sound proof. So we had a poor nights sleep with hearing the people above us walking around and playing music until midnight and then car doors closing at 7am. «A good accomodation in walking distance to everything in the centre of Te Anau. Easy access by car. Quite spacious room and bath. Laundry. Clean. Only complaints are that the cleaning personell threw away stuff we had not put in the garbage.
