«The Villa is a beautiful property with touches of Spain throughout the home. Our grandkids loved that we could walk to see the sea lions and it was a short drive to from the home to Legoland. The ping pong table was a big hit with my adult boys. Property is well-maintained and all of the amenities were as advertised. Only suggestion from my crew was the addition of fans for stuffy weather days and nights. We all think this property is a gem in La Jolla and highly recommend it.»

«We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us.»

Our first impression was of a lovely outdoor patio with comfortable seating, an outdoor table for meals, a space heater and an outdoor grill. We utilized the space often during our stay. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very functional. The beds were comfortable with good linens. There were multiple items in the kitchen to get us started cooking a meal or two during our stay. We were less than 15 minutes from the trolley ...

«Great location in Little Italy - walking distance to all the restaurants and activities. The space itself is great for groups and the rooftop was a nice bonus. The host made the whole process super easy and was helpful answering any questions we had. Note, the bells at the church are definitely noticeable in the morning and make sleeping in difficult.»
