«This was one of my favorite lodging places I’ve ever been in my 17 countries of travel. The location is perfect, the property is gorgeous & the owner and staff are top notch. You’re right outside the Medina, but only 10 minutes from the train station. Breakfast is delicious, and you can add any service you may need. «Le Grand Alcazar is a hotel with soul and by soul, I mean people working there and architecture. It is difficult to find the right words to describe how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was beyond our expectations. We were family with small children, and we had a great time there. I recommend a lunch in the room with pool. «Situated in the medina, very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and the bathroom too but there is this sewer smell which is understandable because it’s an old riad and could have come through the open window from outside. The manager’s hospitality will make up for whatever structural lacking. Nordine welcomed us with mint tea and helped us arrange for our day tours, walked us to tour meeting place. «Estuvimos tres noches y realmente fue un acierto este alojamiento. Es muy sencillo pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para poder descansar. La habitación era muy amplia y con baño en suite. La cama enorme y muy cómoda. Tanto Youssef como su madre estuvieron pendientes todo el tiempo de todo lo que necesitamos. Preguntamos si nos podían cocinar por la noche y fue realmente un gusto. «Service at the Riad was great. Special thanks to Latifa, Yousef and Abdou for making our stay so pleasant. Rooms were in great shape and had the little touches that showed great taste. For our departure Latifa and Dominique went out of their way to ensure our tour guide picked us up from the parking lot closest to the Riad. The location of the Riad is approximately 15-20 minutes away from the parking lot so getting to/from the Riad with luggage in tow is difficult and ended up being frustrating ...

«As an American, this was such a unique experience. The riad was absolutely beautiful. I was continually in awe. Though there is so mich history, it was modern in the way it needed to be modern. The staff were so attentive and helpful. It was such a peaceful place to be! 10/10. I visited another riad while i was there. This one was definitely better!»

Mustapha nous a très bien accueilli, il s’est montré très disponible tout en restant discret. Il n’y a aucun vis à vis, la piscine est très grande (et nettoyé par Mustapha tous les matins) et même si nous étions nombreux, la villa est tellement grande que nous n’étions pas à l’étroit.
