«La struttura e' bella e ben arredata. La camera spaziosa. A mio avviso poco luminosa ma si tratta di dettagli. La colazione ricca; non e' a buffet quindi non bisogna avere fretta. Personale gentile e disponibile. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto e ' la sveglia mattutina delle 5 della adiacente moschea e quella delle 6 del gallo - per gallo intendo proprio il pennuto. Ma nel complesso mi sono trovato molto bene»
«Et kjempefint hotell, med mange og gode fasiliteter. Rot med reservasjonen, samt dårlig oppfølging av det vi opplevde som negative ting, trekker ned helhetsinntrykket. De ansatte prøver etter beste evne å gjøre sitt beste, men det holder dessverre ikke. Frokosten svært bra, mens middag ikke av topp kvalitet (spiste både på Marrokansk og Italiensk restaurant). »

«Le Grand Alcazar is a hotel with soul and by soul, I mean people working there and architecture. It is difficult to find the right words to describe how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was beyond our expectations. We were family with small children, and we had a great time there.
I recommend a lunch in the room with pool. Sit down, relax and enjoy wonderful food, freshly made orange juice and hotel`s architecture.
