«We visited Lakshmi during July which is in the middle of the local dry season. It was extremely hot at times but also variable so be prepared for changing weather patterns. Our booking was all inclusive including the initial taxi from Iquitos and subsequent boat ride to the lodge. "For being a Doubletree, below par. For being in iquitos, finally a decent place! Downsides; Pool has filthy water Loud music at pool area Ridiculously priced add-ons: airport transfer is 14 soles in uber and hotel charge 120 soles; more than 10 times as much?! breakfast at 25 usd, significantly higher than any other hotel - never paid more than 15usd per person. "Litt sliten kolonial villa med store rom og høyt under taket - flott for noen dager. Vi var uheldige med et rom som vendte ut mot gaten og det var musikk frem til kl 06.00 så be om et rom mot bassenget. sengene var ikke det store, men hotellene i iquitos er ikke mye å skryte av så relativt sett ok"
