The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. «Bohdan was so helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate us. The fenced yard was great for our dog and the house was warm, clean, and cozy (but not at all small) for our New Years trip. The kitchen was really well stocked, the bedrooms, living room, dining room, and bathrooms were all great with lots of little details thought of. We felt completely taken care of. Thank you! »

We had the most enjoyable weekend and it all started with communication with Bill. It was so much better than a hotel and this was my 1st experience renting. «The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. »

«This house was perfect for our family vacation - spacious, nice decor, quiet neighborhood and very clean. The outdoor space is very special - a covered porch with nice sized table and also a stone patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Monika and Edwin have thought of everything - kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Having the sheets & towels and the use of bikes, beach toys, etc is an added bonus.
